Nonetheless, any pricing information on this site is subject to change without notice. By placing an order to purchase a product, you agree to pay the purchase price set forth on the Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. website. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or programming error, Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. has the right to cancel any order listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MyDoorSpam.com will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.
Payment:
Purchase orders are accepted from institutions, government agencies and companies with a satisfactory Dun and Bradstreet rating. All credit orders are due 30 days from date of invoice (net 30). All major credit cards accepted.
Shipping:
All prices are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) factory. Freight charges will be prepaid, collect or prepaid and added to the invoice (upon approved credit). Most products are in inventory and ship within 1 to 3 business days from the time an order is received. Large and/or custom orders vary in shipping times and may be drop shipped from separate locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. We ship products domestically to the contiguous 48 states via D.H.L. or U.P.S. Expedited deliveries are available. Rates are dependent upon weight, size, destination and products ordered - call for freight charge quotation. Shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states is available for an additional shipping charge (please contact us for current rates). Should an order exceed size and/or weight limitations, motor freight will be used. Freight delivery is curbside. Inside delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. When necessary, equipment is banded and stretch wrapped to pallets. When delivered to the transportation company, shipments become the property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage should be noted on the bill of lading.
All promotions, with regards to shipping are limited to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to territories outside of the contiguous 48 states is available, but will be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us for current rates.
Materials:
Descriptions and specifications contained on this website were in effect at the time it was created and may be periodically updated. Listed weights are approximate shipping weights.
Installation:
Most products are shipped ready for assembly and installation. Fasteners shall be furnished by Phills & Toussaint Business Group.
Quotations:
Individual quotations are valid for ninety (90) days. Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. reserves the right to alter a quotation at any time and for any reason. Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. also reserves the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Dealers:
Dealers are not employees of Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. They are independent contractors whose relationship with Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. is that of a customer.
Returned Goods:
Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (returned goods authorization) number from Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. and must be shipped freight prepaid to Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc., 2408 Still Bay Street, Pearland, TX 77584. Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within fifteen (15) days of receipt and are subject to a restocking charge. Custom orders and orders with options cannot be cancelled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
Security:
Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. uses industry standard security measures to protect your confidential information. Your encrypted information travels via a secure socket layer (SSL) where it is decoded on our secure server.
Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. provides a thirty (30) day limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in material and workmanship if reported in writing to Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc. within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and does not include installation costs, transportation neglect or costs, misuse or alterations by the customer. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; as such this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. Phills & Toussaint Business Group, Inc., at its option, may replace or repair defective products.
